Calling All Alpine Kids! The Alpine Runners have participated in the Alpine Parade for many years now. Come and join us with your kids in our annual event. Our line up number will be posted in up-coming weekly announcements. The parade kicks off at 11:30 AM! Plan to wear your Alpine Runners Colors with running cloths with running shoes. We will be promoting the Alpine Races Half Marathon, 5K and Kids Races by wearing the Alpine Races numbers on the front of our shirts and carrying the Alpine Races Finish Line banner! We are in need of a few little red wagons! If you have one that we could use for the event please contact me to confirm at onines1@aol.com. Please bring your own candy to hand out to the kids along the parade. We would like to use the wagons to put our extra candy and supplies so we don’t have to carry them for the mile long parade! If you need an Alpine shirt for yourself or your kids to wear for the parade, please contact Bridget at 847-917-4848 or check out her trunk on Saturday mornings before or after the run.
